The measure of any coach or
consultant is how they have helped their
clients. Below are some of our
success stories.

Goals
Reached = Reward!
Through working with
Carolyn, I learned to make goals for
myself - daily, weekly and annually.
And once I met those goals, to
reward myself. Before learning
this from Carolyn, I went
hap-hazardously through the day,
reacting to the challenges of the
day. By being reactive only, I
was playing the role of victim, and
was therefore never proactive -
never planning ahead. Also,
when I did something really great or
wonderful, I wasn't giving myself a
reward for doing good work. I
would just ignore the compliments
and accolades. Now, when I
meet a goal, I treat myself to a
pastry and flavored coffee.
Then in my mind I say things like,
"Well Done," "Congratulations," and,
"Keep up the Good Work."
Carolyn's
suggestions and coaching has
resulted in me moving from feeling
sorry for myself to realizing my
potential. And who knew that
my potential included being #2 in
the country in sales for my company!

| Before I met with
