  What is Coaching?
Coaching is a partnership between the client and coach whereby the coach through feedback, insights, and guidance prepares the client with the necessary tools to take action on established goals. The key to a positive coaching experience is that the client develops skills necessary to be successful in their personal and professional endeavors. 

 

 
  What Are The Benefits of Coaching?
Coaching is a professional relationship that guides individuals or teams to achieve results in their careers, businesses or organizations.  Through coaching individuals discover skills to improve their performance and enhance their quality of life. Coaching helps people increase their self-awareness, set better goals, and lead a more-balanced life.

 

 
  What is the Role of a Coach?
The role of the coach is as varied as the individuals seeking coaching. The coach works with the client based on their needs and can serve as a motivator, mentor, business consultant, teacher and/or sounding board.

 

 
  What Are The Reasons For Working With a Coach?
People hire coaches to help with issues centered on one’s career or professional life, time management, career guidance and business advice. Coaches can also help with personal issues such as health and wellness areas and family issues.

 

 
  How Does Coaching Work?
Coaching sessions are typically conducted virtually via telephone, but can be conducted in-person. Initial sessions allow the coach and the client to get-to-know one another, establishing goals and objectives of the coaching process.
