| The Coaching
Process: My four
part coaching process is designed to help
you move from a state of stagnation to one
of action. Together we will identify and
assess your current strengths, develop an
action plan, and guide you through the
implementation and evaluation phases.
Throughout you will receive positive and
constructive feedback. This process will
allow you to move forward with your goals,
dreams desires.
Assessments are used to give you a snapshot
of where you are now. They are used to guide
discussions and to help develop your action
plan. Tools vary encompassing motivation,
personality styles, strengths and
leadership styles.
During the
planning stage we will outline goals,
strategies, action steps, timelines and
rewards. Your plan will provide a step by step
guide moving you toward your goals. Steps are arranged in
a logical order that enables you to see
progress as you move forward.
In this stage you put the
words of your plan into action. The action
stage is where you move forward and is
intended to determine what works and what
does not.
Together we
will evaluate what is working for you and
what is not. This is a time where we will
revise and add to your current plan.
The feedback process is a
continuous loop whereby each
phase is further developed by feedback and
the success of the plan. Throughout the
process we will provide pointers,
advice and options to each other.
