Carolyn Shiffman served in executive management positions for over 20 years, working with for-profit and non-profit institutions. Coming from a diverse background of healthcare and higher education, Carolyn is known for her creativity, innovation and strategic planning and collaborative leadership. Throughout her career she has focused on helping others achieve success with their professional and personal goals. As a nurse educator she trained and provided educational workshops throughout the Midwest to healthcare professionals. As an executive for an educational consulting company, she provided coaching, training and mentoring to managers and higher education executives.

Carolyn is a graduate of Baylor University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  She received her Masters of Nursing Administration from the University of Phoenix.  Carolyn is currently completing her doctorate in Organization and Management at Capella University.
